Helpful Holiday Hints

The holidays are coming so I’ll be posting gift ideas and and places to shop for great, affordable holiday decorations.

Let’s start with my favourite item to kick off the holiday season – Advent Calendars. The ones with pictures behind the windows are nice, but the ones filled with chocolates are nicer. I’m not talking about the calendars with no-name/unknown chocolates, I’m talking the GOOD kind.
Lindt does ones for $12.99 available at Winners. Nutty Chocolatier have ones from Cadbury and Laura Secord has calendars for only $10 and each chocolate is wrapped in colourful foil representing snowmen, nutcrackers, Santa, etc. YUMMY!
